Riviera Rivals is a free game made by Konstantin Savransky. These terms cover the game on rivierarivals.com, the Android app on Google Play, and the copies hosted on game portals such as itch.io, CrazyGames and Newgrounds. By playing you agree to them.

Free to play

The game is free. There are no accounts, no purchases and no ads. You may play it as much as you like for personal, non-commercial use.

Playing with a friend

Online games are between you and someone you invite with a room code. Please be decent to each other. Resort names are shown to the other player; don't use names that are offensive or impersonate someone. We may block abuse of the online relay.

What belongs to whom

The game's design, code, text and music belong to Konstantin Savransky. The 3D models (Kenney, Quaternius), icons (Microsoft Fluent Emoji) and typefaces (Fredoka, Nunito) are used under their own licences, listed in the credits. Don't copy or redistribute the game as your own; sharing links to it and posting videos or screenshots of your games is welcome.

No warranty

The game is provided as it is, without any warranty. We work to keep it running and your progress saved, but saves live in your browser or on your device and can be lost if site data is cleared, and online play needs our server to be up. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from playing it.

Changes

The game is updated often; rules, cards and balance can change between versions. If these terms change, the date above changes with them.
